Telephone Support 
Inspiro by d3 is available to existing customers for emergency telephone support free of charge as available during normal business hours*, irrespective of any existing maintenance agreement. d3 provides bespoke Service Level Agreements to assist with contracted response times and out of hours support.

Site Service Call Outs

d3’s team of engineers are well qualified and experienced in Audio Visual solutions.

Call outs are charged for the first hour plus an ongoing hourly rate during normal business hours*. Travel is charged at two thirds of the ongoing hourly rate.

Please contact the d3 office to determine which team member is best suited to tackle your problem and an estimated cost for repair.

System Maintenance Agreements

d3 tailors its Residential Service Level Agreements to each individual client. This may be required during business hour* support or out of hour support and a variety of expectations on response times to the location.

System Training Sessions 

Solutions are designed hand in hand with customers so the functions are often client specific and led. We do appreciate that additional users might need familiarisation and are very happy to provide this as part of support.
